A CHANCE AT GLASS FOR UNDER-SERVED YOUTH IN LOS ANGELES! TIME TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT!!

Jaime’s latest venture is nothing shy of noteworthy! He is working to fund a project to bring glassblowing to at-risk and under-served youth in Los Angeles. After working with the Watts Labor Community Action Committee (WLCAC) in South LA for years, he has been so inspired to continue teaching despite WLCAC’s closing of their glassblowing studio for lack of funding. Jaime is working on raising the funds through Kickstarter to be able to purchase glassblowing equipment to set up a workshop in his current East Los Angeles studio. This will enable him to offer free classes/workshops to local youth and give them not only an art form to express themselves but a positive outlet in an area where resources are lacking. If you have not yet visited his Kickstarter page, please check it out and contribute what you can to this incredible cause!!
